Tallaro registration privacy notice

Information we collect

For this registration funnel, we collect:

• identity and contact details, including your name, email, and mobile number;
• your city and age range;
• your eight questionnaire answers, including optional free text, event availability, and registration consent;
• campaign attribution and referrer information;
• technical anti-abuse data used to verify submissions, without storing raw IP addresses in the registration sheet; and
• timestamps, registration and email status, and a lead score used for follow-up.

Draft answers stay in your browser and expire after seven days or are removed after successful submission.

Why we use it

We use this information for:

• event registration and operations;
• confirmation messages and attendee support;
• lead qualification and follow-up consultation or program discussion after the event;
• campaign attribution and measurement through Meta only after optional Meta consent;
• abuse prevention, security, and troubleshooting; and
• legal and operational records.

Who handles it

Access is limited to the authorized Tallaro team and providers used to operate this registration: Google Sheets and Google for record storage, Brevo SMTP for email, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Vercel for hosting, and Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising only when you opt in. We do not sell your registration information.

These providers operate services across countries, so information may be processed or stored outside the Philippines under their applicable service terms and privacy practices. Tallaro remains responsible for choosing providers and handling your information appropriately; laws and protections can differ by location.

Retention

We keep non-customer registration and lead records for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymize them unless a longer period is needed for a documented legal or operational reason. If you become a customer, relevant records may follow a separate schedule that applies to that relationship.

Your choices

Registration consent is required to submit because Tallaro needs the information to register your seat, communicate about the event, and carry out the stated follow-up. Meta analytics and advertising consent is optional. You may decline it and still register.

To change the Meta choice saved by this site, clear this site's stored website data in your browser and reload the page. The optional choice prompt will appear again.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable Philippine privacy law, you may ask about processing and request access, correction, object to certain processing, or request erasure or blocking where the law permits. You may also ask about data portability or lodge a concern with the National Privacy Commission.

Email info@tallaro.org with enough detail for us to understand your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting so we do not disclose or change someone else's information.

Security and service scope

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this registration service, while recognizing that no online system can eliminate every risk.

Tallaro provides personal-development and coaching experiences. It is not a medical, mental-health, emergency, or crisis service.

Updates

We may update this notice as the registration process or providers change. The date at the top shows when this version took effect.
